Mechanika Max has a consistent brew temperature, as anticipated of a dual boiler machine. This is because the Smart HX system incorporates two PID controls into the machine. Two probes, one located in the furnace and the other in the brew group inlet, monitor the actual brew water and ensure that the thermosyphon system temperature is maintained. Consequently, brew water temperature is incredibly precise.
