Upgrade 1: The preheat system controller has been embedded into the base of the Flair 58 Plus 2 for seamless control.
Upgrade 2: The power supply has been significantly reduced in size.
Upgrade 3: The wiring on the Flair 58 Plus 2 has been streamlined for ease of use. 
The preheat system on the Flair 58 Plus 2 still includes three different levels: low, medium and high, which roughly correlate to brewing temperatures needed for dark, medium and light roasts respectively.  And, if you’re feeling the travel itch, the 58 Plus 2 easily unplugs to brew espresso without any wires.
