The underside of the chassis of the Pro 400 features a toggle switch that enables the activation or deactivation of preinfusion and eco mode, as well as the selection of three preset boiler temperatures. This feature enables the user to adjust the brew temperature to accommodate various roasts. The steam capacity of the Pro 400 can be adjusted to meet your specific requirements. The preinfusion and the ECO mode can be activated or deactivated by a convenient toggle control located beneath the machine.
