Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Colordiamonds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
