We want you to love your Colordiamonds LED Mask. That's why we offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your results, you may return your device within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• The item is in its original packaging, including all accessories (controller, cables, eye protection, box).
• The item is not physically damaged due to misuse or accident.
• You have a valid proof of purchase (order number).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@colordiamonds.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the nearest return shipping address.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as they may not be processed correctly.

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at info@colordiamonds.co.uk with photos or a video of the issue. We will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.

Our products also come with a 1-Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Return Shipping Costs

For voluntary returns (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
