Phase 1: Conceptualization & NDA

Phase 2: 3D CAD & ID Design

Phase 3: Rapid Prototyping
Utilizing SLA 3D printing and precision CNC machining, we produce a physical, working prototype (T0 sample) within 10-15 days. You will be able to test the form factor, light output, and UI interface hands-on.
Phase 4: Custom Tooling & Molding
Once the prototype is green-lit, we initiate the expensive mold-making process. We construct durable steel molds for injection molding (plastics) or compression molding (liquid silicone), exclusively reserved for your brand.
Phase 5: Pilot Run & Validation
Before mass manufacturing, we conduct a small-batch pilot run. These units undergo severe lab testing (aging, drop tests, thermal cycling) and are used to secure final regulatory certifications (FDA 510k, CE-MDR).
