Consultation & NDA

Engineering & ID/ME
(For ODM) We generate 3D CAD models, ergonomic studies, and PCB layouts. We select the optimal wavelengths (e.g., 630nm, 850nm) and calculate precise irradiance levels.
Rapid Prototyping
Using SLA 3D printing and CNC machining, we deliver a fully functional "Golden Sample" (T0) within 15 days for your physical evaluation and UI/UX testing.
Tooling & Molding
Upon prototype approval, we initiate custom steel tooling. We handle both liquid silicone injection molding (for masks) and rigid ABS/aluminum extrusion (for panels and systems).
Pilot Run & Testing
We execute a small-batch pilot run to identify assembly friction. Units undergo rigorous thermal shock, drop testing, and battery aging to guarantee compliance before mass scale.
Mass Production & QC
Full-scale assembly begins in our cleanrooms. We enforce strict IQC, IPQC, and FQC. Finished goods are custom packaged, palletized, and prepared for global freight forwarding.
